Technology of Participation (ToP) are the tools, methods, processes and understandings developed by ICA since the 1960s.
ToP facilitation methods of the ICA include a range of unique methods for problem solving, participatory planning, leadership development and organizational transformation. ToP methods are used in local governments, private companies, and schools. As well as helping the residents of local communities achieve consensus in decision-making and long-range planning. One day courses are ORID Method, Workshop Method, Action Planning, GFM, and Introduction to PSP.. |
